Cancellation Policy

Cancel Any Time

Your subscription is month-to-month (or year-to-year). You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — no fees, no penalties.

Fair Refund Policy

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your charge and we'll work it out — whether that's a full refund, a partial credit, or something else that makes sense for your situation. We're not looking to keep money for a service that didn't work for you.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, at which point your subscription will not renew.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your current billing period ends, your access to AgentCenter will be deactivated and your workspace will be suspended. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow export, then deleted.

Free Trial Cancellation

Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be billed for the first month.

Reactivation

You may resubscribe at any time. Reactivation will start a new billing cycle at the current subscription price.
